Tina grew up dancing in Ladner, B.C. at the Dance Connection. It was there that she was trained by one of the top choreographers in the Lower Mainland, Corinne Jackson. She studied jazz, tap, lyrical, stage, ballet and of course hip hop. Tina was also a very competitive gymnast out of Delta Gymnastics winning several awards including two gold first place finishes at provincials. She is very active in the dance world, teaching up to seven days a week for the past 5 years. Tina’s major focus is being there for the kids. Tina also adjudicates several high school dance competitions and cheerleading events. Tina is also an accomplished choreographer. She has received several awards for her innovative choreography. She was also a featured dancer in the movie Reefer Madness staring Neve Campbell and can be seen as an extra in Millennium, X-Files and Smallville. Tina has danced with Princess Cruise Lines, the BC Lions Cheerleaders and has been very active with promotions for numerous companies. Tina looks forward to another great season of teaching at Dance Trance and sharing her passion and dance education with her students.
